Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products sold as well as for safety reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about any products received upon arrival, please contact Tru Aesthetix at info@truaesthetix.com within 14 days of receiving item.

All items that are marked as sale items are final sale and are not eligible for any refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Damages & Replacements
Tru Aesthetix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Tru Aesthetix is not responsible for damages occurred during everyday use due to the delicate nature of handmade products. However, we uphold a standard of quality with our products. As many products are one-of-a-kind and many designs cannot be duplicated, please contact Tru Aesthetix at info@truaesthetix.com with any questions or concerns.

Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made on regular priced items within the first 12 hours of the order being placed. Please contact Tru Aesthetic immediately at info@truaesthetix.com with any concerns. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has completed processing and you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail.
