Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. A minimum of 24 hours is required for processing. Due to current circumstances, orders typically ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Carriers

Tru Aesthetix ships all orders via USPS. Delivery times are shown and chosen during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is flat rate in weight increments. Orders that weight under 12 oz will have the option to ship at a Standard Flat Rate of $5. Standard Flat Rate ships First Class with a tracking number and shipping insurance covering the total cost of the items before tax.

Orders over 12 oz will only ship Priority Mail Flat Rate. Priority Mail Flat Rate ships with a tracking number and shipping insurance covering up to $100.

Priority Mail and Priority Express shipping is an option for all orders. For orders shipping with free shipping, either First Class or Priority Mail will be used with additional shipping insurance.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Damages

Tru Aesthetix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation and order tracking information will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tru Aesthetix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
